I am 1.60 and I have about 70cm waist, I ordered the size S, and I wanted it to be big like the one in the photo, but it was more adjusted, I didn't look bad anyway.

The size is suitable, I took M for the height of the 164, the waist is about 68-fits well. The fabric is light, the quality is good as the picture!
